Request certification ↗CertiOne Principles Policy Statement.
Establishing public confidence through uncompromised integrity, impartiality, and evidence-based certification.
CertiOne Certification Body is committed to upholding the seven fundamental principles of ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 Clause 4across all certification activities for Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Energy Management Systems (ISO 50001), and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001).
This policy ensures impartiality, competence, responsibility, openness, confidentiality, responsiveness to complaints, and a risk-based approach in all certification decisions, establishing public confidence in CertiOne certifications for manufacturing, ports, hospitals, and educational institutions across Egypt and regional markets.
Fundamental Principles of Certification
CertiOne maintains honesty, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all certification activities, ensuring decisions based solely on objective evidence.
No commercial, financial, or other pressures compromise objectivity. All impartiality threats (self-interest, familiarity, intimidation) identified and mitigated through independent committee oversight.
Personnel possess demonstrated knowledge, skills, and sector-specific experience for QMS/EMS/EnMS/OH&S certifications, with continuous professional development.
CertiOne takes full accountability for all certification decisions made by independent committees, distinct from audit execution.
Certification processes, criteria, and decisions publicly available. Client rights and obligations clearly communicated in contracts.
Client information protected except where law or public safety requires disclosure. Strict access controls maintained.
All complaints impartially investigated and resolved within 15 working days, with non-confidential outcomes publicly available.
Certification activities tailored to client complexity, multi-site risks, and sector-specific threats (ports, hospitals).
