Audit process

We review the application, determine audit scope and feasibility, and agree on terms.
An audit plan is developed based on the standard requirements, scope and context.
Competent auditors evaluate compliance with standards and applicable legal requirements.
Findings are documented and evidence is reviewed to ensure accuracy and objectivity.
The report is reviewed and the certification decision is made impartially.
Upon successful completion, a certificate is issued with defined scope and validity.
Certification decisions
Granted when the audit confirms the management system meets applicable requirements and all conditions are satisfied.
Refused if the management system does not meet requirements or certification conditions are not fulfilled.
Maintained through surveillance audits and ongoing compliance with requirements and conditions.
Renewed at the end of the certification cycle after a successful recertification audit and decision.
May be suspended if requirements or conditions are not met. The period and scope are clearly defined.
May be restored once the issues that led to suspension are addressed and requirements are met.
Withdrawn for continuing failure, voluntary request, or misuse of certification.
The scope may change based on the organization’s request and demonstrated compliance.
